Nguyen Huy Hung, from Quang Nam FC finished his rehabilitation at PVF

On 23/05/2020, Mr. Nguyen Huy Hung of Quang Nam FC finished his rehabilitation at PVF Medical Department.

During the time he spent in PVF, Hung made full body screening and based on this screening, we applied physio treatment to decrease his ankle pain.

Then we started a progressive strength program with the purpose of increasing his lower limb strength, improving his body balance and the mobility of his ankle.

At the same time, we started a progressive cardio-training program in order that he could return to training in the best conditions. He is now ready to participate to all football activities (pass, shoot, contact, jump…) and train normally with his team but with management of the load apply on his ankle.

Mr. Hung has a program that he must follow during 2-3 weeks before returning to competition with his team to continue his specific reconditioning and to avoid re-injury.
Please note that due to a long term rehab and a long period without playing football, the player will need time (training and game) before being able to play at the same level of performance than before his injury.

All medical data will be transmitted personally to the player.
