Pham Tuan Hai, from Hong Linh Ha Tinh FC finished his rehabilitation at PVF

On 17/01/2020, Mr Pham Tuan Hai from Hong Linh Ha Tinh FC finished his rehabilitation at PVF Medical Department.

This player followed a 6 weeks rehabilitation program after an ankle injury. During the time he spent in PVF, Mr Hai made full body screening and based on this screening, we applied physio treatment to increase his strength, right ankle, both hamstrings, improved his body balance, body mobility.

At the same time, we started a progressive cardio-training program in order that he could return to training on the best conditions. He is ready to train and play normally with his team.
All medical data will be transmitted personally to the player.
