NICHOLAS PAUL Harvey

Born in: 1973
Mr. Nick Harvey has a 20 year career as a Physical Performance Coach in professional football. Mr Nick started his career as a fitness Coach with the Southampton Football club Academy. After 6 years with the Saints academy Mr. Nick spent a further 7 seasons as head of fitness for Southampton First team including back to back promotions to the English Premier league

Mr. Nick then spent 3 years in a role as Head of Sports science at Reading FC in the English championship.

For the last 4 years Mr. Nick has been working in a consultancy role as a Physical Performance Coach for the England Development teams. This role has included tournament victories with the England U21 team in the 2016 Toulon tournament and the England U19 team in the 2017 UEFA European Championships. Mr. Nick has also worked as a Physical Performance Coach educator at the English FA, working on the UEFA A license and UEFA Advanced youth Awards.

Alongside his role with England, Mr. Nick also had a role as Head of Sports science with Atletico Kolkata in the Indian super league in 2018.

For the last 2 years, Mr. Nick has also been working as a Senior Lecturer in Football Coaching and performance at Chichester University.

With his experiences, we believe that Mr Nick will bring a valuable contribution to the development of PVF’s football player.
