Mr. Willy has 07 years working as Head of Goalkeeper Coach Department for Aspire Academy Qatar, before he was for 8 years GK coach in the academy of Standard de Liege U17-U23 (1st Division Belgium).

In Belgum, Mr. Willy had detected and contributed to the development of several academy goalkeepers reaching the highest level in Belgium 1st division. One of his student, Hendrik van Crombrugge , made the 1st National team in Belgium.

In Qatar, Mr. Willy contributed to the development of 4 Aspire Academy goalkeepers to the Qatar National team Barsham Mishaal, Youssef Hassan, Al Bakri Mohammed and Yazan Naim and educated several other goalkeepers reaching the 1st team in Qatar League.
