Dr. Nguyen Manh Hung was extremely worried about how to make the children confident but not proud, how to transmit fire, pass on the enthusiasm of life and study hard for the children, how to make the kids “happy”, how to make the children get along with the team for a common purpose, how to inspire them to become a good person….
“Why are you chosen to join PVF out of millions of boys across the country?” – Dr. Nguyen Manh Hung began with the question for young players. Because I am talented, passionate, devoted, because I want to play for the Vietnamese team, … the timid voice responded.

But in contrast, the 10 points that Vietnamese people need to change are: Being late, not respecting the time; lie or lie around; justification, lack of sense of responsibility; speak ill of others, interrupting others (gossip), jealous; no respect of merit; long revenge; revile, and curse at people, lack of carefree spirit; it is difficult to do business together because everyone wants their own profits; undisciplined.
