The process of welcoming students who have passed the prequalification at PVF

Currently, PVF’s administrative department is actively carrying out the procedures to receive the children for training at the center. After 3 weeks to 2 months, PVF will conduct screening, selecting the 50 best students are formal learners.

The process is as follows:

Step 1: PVF calls home each child to get confirmation of their parents about their address, especially year of birth. PVF will not send invitations to children who are not in the enrollment age.

Step 2: PVF prints invitations, stamps, and prepares requirements about applications for each child.

Step 3: Parents take their children to PVF Center in Ho Chi Minh City. PVF welcomes the students, conducting a final evaluation of each student’s records and arranges accommodation, training sessions at the center for students with full documentation.

PVF specifically notes that parents and students must complete all information, especially accurate information about their child’s birth year. Any case that is detected with signs of erasing or faking papers, even though officially accepted by PVF will be excluded from the center immediately.

Because the above works are conducted simultaneously with the Enrollment Calendar (just ended on 21/5), sending invitations to take place gradually makes parents and students anxious.
